How to get in touch ?

you can get in touch with us any time, we do ask you use the contact us page we’re we aim to get back to you within 24 hours however you can also reach us on all social platforms.

Shipping ?

All orders will be dispatched the next working day with a delivery time frame of 3-5 working days.

Where are you located ?

We are based in the United Kingdom.

Can I Collect my order ?

You cannot collect your order but if you are based in the north west area we can Provide a drop of service. Please contact us to organise this before you place your order.

How do I track my order?

You can track your Order by using the shipping tracking number sent with your shipping confirmation on the chosen courier website 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the cancelation or change has been made within 12 hours of placing your order or we haven't already dispatched your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover & Diners club). 

Shop Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay is accepted to be able to make checkout even smoother.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to have your order with you within 2-5 working days depending on your chosen shipping sevice.

What if I don't receive my order? 

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days. Please email us at thevengenacegroup@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue.

How do I return an item?

If you receive your order and the product is defective, please contact us at  thevengeancegroup@gmail.com We will work with you to come up with the easiest solution for you.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of the order being delivered.
